Yes, we will deliver and set up your rental trailer for an additional fee. There is a minimum delivery fee of $200 for the first 50 miles and then $5 per mile for each additional mile.

We expect that you do basic cleaning upon return of our trailer including removing all food and trash, washing dishes, wiping down surfaces, and sweeping the floor. We deep clean our trailers between rentals, including washing all linens and towels, sanitizing plates, cups and silverware, and cleaning and sanitizing all surfaces.

Towing capacity and gross vehicle weight can be found on the sticker on the driver's door jamb of your vehicle.

Our rental calendar fills up quickly, especially during the summer months. We accept bookings up to one year in advance and recommend that you book as early as possible.

We require that you purchase travel trailer insurance through our partner, MBA, at the time of rental. This covers any outside damage while the trailer is in your possession. Your towing vehicle is not covered through this supplemental insurance policy and any damage to your vehicle would be covered by your own policy.

The security deposit covers any interior damage to the travel trailer while in your possession. It can also cover any excessive cleaning fees, tank dumping or late pickup/return fees. Please see our rental agreement for a more comprehensive list.

We allow up to two dogs per rental for an additional fee of $10 per dog per day. We gladly welcome dogs but ask that you leave any other pets (cats, birds, snakes, hamsters, etc) at home!

We are flexible in our pickup and drop off times and will work with you to find a mutually agreed on time for pickup and drop off. Times may depend on availability due to rentals prior to or after your rental time. We allow a 30-minute grace period after the agreed upon time until a late charge is assessed.
